Flamenco is suitable for all ages and sizes, men and women, and can be taught in groups as small as 5 or 6 up to 50 or more. You do not need to have the body of a ballerina or the speed of a sprinter - just an open mind and a sense of fun! You can even end the day with a full professional flamenco show as corporate entertainment.

Sandra La Espuelita comes from a professional Human Resources background, having worked as European Head of HR for Thomson Financial (now Thomson-Reuters, the world's largest provider of real-time information) in the City of London UK, before choosing a life-style change in 2001 to make Flamenco dance her full-time career. This gives her a truly unique insight into both flamenco and corporate worlds, and in 2005 she featured in the BBC's "Strictly Come Dancing" teaching Darren Gough flamenco dance!
